Managed to get hives again. I guess I have developed allergies later in life...and it isn't fun!

We didn't see any beavers, but sure saw plenty of signs of them on our geocaching trip today. Erwin and I spent the day together caching while waiting for our appointment with the laser acupuncturist at the quit smoking institute. We stopped smoking today!

Made a volcano with Jari today using baking soda and vinegar for lava. He thought it was pretty cool!

Went to Genk and followed their newest speurtocht called Onderste Boven, which was a walk through the village discussing aspects of the mining. It was a difficult hunt for the kids, but fun to get out and explore a new area as a fmaily.

Erwin gives my eggs a score every week. These were 9's...I have never had a 10...his manner of keeping me challenged enough to try. Sundays are egg days...
